Collection: Seashore Rosy Glow

"Haitianxia" is a color name used for dyeing in the Chinese Ming Dynasty court. It is described as a new color created by the weaving department within the palace, similar to white but with a hint of pink. Haitianxia was often used for the undergarments of officials during spring, with a color combination of light red and green. Wearing it would create a ripple effect resembling "rippling waves against the sea of rosy clouds". Liu Ruoyu described this beautiful color while in prison, and after 13 years of perseverance, he completed the book "Zhuo Zhong Zhi" and finally saw the light of day again. This story tells us that even in adversity, there is always hope in recounting beauty.
